How it works

Upon receiving a request, we will reach out to you for further information required. Once we gather all the necessary details, we will go through our tutors and based on our experience as well as our previous/current students’ experiences with the tutors, we will short list the ones which are suitable for you. We will then schedule the first couple of lessons with the most suitable tutor. As in most cases, once we receive positive feedback from both the student’s and the tutor’s end, we will discuss the way forward to continue private lessons. In the exceptional cases where the student doesn’t click with the tutor, we will reach out to understand what was the issue and promise to change the tutor to ensure that the student gets the best service they deserve.
