The study area Primary Level Science is informed by the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).
Science is important because it influences most aspects of everyday life, including food, energy, medicine, transportation, leisure activities and environmental issues. Science improves human life at every level from the individual level to global issues. Everyday applications of scientific knowledge are multiple and diverse.
This subject gives students the opportunity to learn about the applications of Science to everyday situations and to help them develop higher order thinking skills.
